We offer two options:

1) Grey 3.5mm Polypropylene lining, which fits easily to van contours. Polypropylene is 100% recyclable, lightweight, high-impact resistant and easy to clean.

2) 2mm aluminium sheet with 2mm raised treads.

The Infinity main structure is made up of the following parts:

• Side assemblies; these are made with anodised extruded aluminium profiles and secured to the square horizontal support frames.

• Square horizontal support frames; these are used to strengthen the entire structure and tie the other components together. Made from aluminium profiles joined together with die cast alumiunium connecting blocks and stainless steel fixings.

• Perforated side panels; these are used to cover the side assemblies and are the ideal solution for operators wishing to carry spare parts or tools by inserting tool hooks.

Base units are the foundation of the racking solution. The lower side panels create the outer parts of the base units. Base units are available in these versions:

• Base unit with a completely open front.
• Base unit with up and over door assisted by gas struts.
• Base unit with drop down door.

Base units fit at the bottom of the racking and overcome the problem created by wheelarch boxes. All three options help to optimise the load space availabe and provide useful space for storing heavy materials and tools.

Available in an array of sizes, these are made by using extruded aluminium panels and high quality telescopic drawer slides to ensure a smooth opening and closing operation.
A pair of telescopic drawer slides have a 50 kg load capacity. All the drawers are supplied with a soundproofing non-slip rubber mat and aluminium dividers are available as an accessory.

Shelves are ideal for transporting various materials, small components and tools safely. They are available in a vast array of sizes, with and without a drop down door front, and supplied with a soundproofing non-slip mat. Dividers are supplied as an accessory.

These are specifically designed trays which hold removable plastic bin containers in place. Plastic bins come in different sizes and are ideal for safe transport and storage of consumable items.

The extendable top shelf is a two piece telescopic tray ideal for storing and transporting long items such as tubes, rods, conduits and copper pipes. It can be mounted on the top of a racking kit or can be bracketed to the vehicle internal walls or roof cross struts. At one end is a drop down door making sure items are stowed securely.

Pull out trays are a valid alternative to the standard drawers, when using removable service cases to carry small components parts outside the vehicle.

These small parts cases are stored onto the pull out trays when the vehicle is in transit and they are ideal for storing fuses or fixings such as nuts and bolts. The removable service cases are made from strong and durable plastic; designed to last in the most extreme circumstances.

Lockers are available in different sizes and are ideal for securing items such as personal belongings, PPE or hand held tools.
They are supplied with a single door and come equipped with internal shelves and incorporate a key lock handle.

These highly practical and heavy duty workbenches are designed to carry a vice and they fold away to only take up the smallest amount of space whilst not in use.
They are designed and installed to deploy outside the vehicle, to allow maximum working space.
Deploying and returning the workbench is easy thanks to the hydraulic strut supplied as standard.

These workbenches are ideal for small light duty maintenance jobs. A locking handle will keep the workbench in a horizontal position when in use or vertical position when the vehicle is in transit.
